A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic processes to nurture the mind and body. They can decrease tension, anxiety, fatigue, depression, negative moods and anger. Also improve wellbeing and positive moods. A sound bath uses audible vibrations to bring the body back into harmony and achieve what we call it’s ‘prime resonance’ and help restore physical, mental and spiritual health
