About the event

Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique where you rest comfortably lying down on your back and focus on different parts of your body. It leaves you with a sense of wholeness and promotes beneficial changes in physiological and mental health. Research has shown that yoga nidra can help reduce stress, anxiety, and insomnia.

Sound baths can assist the work of the parasympathetic nervous system, helping your body calm down and recover from stress. They decrease depressive and anxious moods, decrease phychological stress, boost positivity, improve sleep and spiritual wellbeing.

All participants will receive a link to a recorded version of the Yoga Nidra practice so they can do it on their own.
