About the event
A deeply relaxing sound bath session for three. Special offer for this Friday, Aug 04 only.
We start with a grounding practice, then a short chant followed by the sound bath and a final meditation.
Sound baths decresase tension, anxiety, fatigue, depression, negative moods and anger. Also improve wellbeing and positive moods.
