Join us as we approach the longest night of the year and open ourselves to the transformative power of this time of year. We come together to celebrate this magical time when light overcomes darkness. This is a powerful time to open ourselves and align with the light as it begins to return and the days begin to lengthen. T

 

This special winter solstice ceremony will include a guided light meditation followed by a sound bath creating a magical portal to connect with the light that resides in all.

During the sound bath i use gongs, tibetan bowls, crystal bowls and percussion to create a landscape of sound that promotes deep relaxation, altered states and healing.

Sound baths are not recommended if you wear a pacemaker, are in the first trimester of pregnancy, have a history of seizures or metal implants.
