This session is an invitation to open to the mysteries that unfold through ancient practices, to sense your connection with spirit, and to listen for guidance on your spiritual path. We begin with grounding and breathing practices, steadying the body and quieting the mind, preparing you to receive whatever arises. Through humming and chanting, you tune your vibrational field, creating resonance within and beyond. A mantra meditation follows, helping you further enter a receptive state. At the heart of the session is a sound bath, where waves of resonance carry you into deeper inner receptivity. As the sound surrounds you, you will be guided to seek a word, image, or anything that could be an insight—something that aligns with your question or intention for the session. You may receive something clear, something vague, or nothing at all. And perhaps that in itself is the message. This is not about immediate answers but about planting a seed—it is about perceiving something subtle—something that may hold meaning—that you will carry forward and work with over time. After the sound bath, a meditation helps you hold and nurture what has come through. Silent journaling offers space to gather impressions before we close, allowing what surfaced to settle into your being.
