How many sessions do I need to attend before I can experience the benefits?

Everybody is different and each person’s nervous system will respond differently to the sessions. While participants usually feel calm and very relaxed at the end of each practice, it would be hard to say exactly how many times they need to practice before they start noticing any impact in their day-to-day life. We recommend trying at least three sessions no more than 2 weeks apart to have a sense  of how they are impacting you.

Do i have to always attend the same type of session to experience benefits?

No, you can select the sessions that most resonate with you. Although each session is different and include different techniques, all sessions are designed to trigger the relaxation response in your body (parasympathetic nervous system). Regular attendance to any of the sessions, combined with regular practice between sessions can help build your nervous system's capacity to enter the parasympathetic state more easily and to stay there longer.

What do I need to do between sessions?

During each session you attend, you will learn some techniques that help engage the relaxation response in your brain. We recommend that you  practice those techniques daily, for  15 to 30 minutes between sessions to continuously help  the body build the capacity to enter a more relaxed state (parasympathetic nervous system).

How often should i attend a session?

We do not recommend attending two sessions on the same day and not further apart than two weeks.

Are these group or individual sessions?

These sessions are for 1 or 2 participants.
